📢 JOB VACANCY FOR STORE SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Store Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer delivery coordination. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, maintaining optimal stock levels, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a key link between our Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

🏬 Warehouse & Inventory Management:
• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming and outgoing stock in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain precise manual and digital inventory records, updating closing balances daily.
• Manage the physical organization of the warehouse, including product display, racking, and cleanliness.
• Monitor minimum inventory levels and proactively initiate reorders by coordinating with the Sales and Finance departments.
• Prepare and send daily stock and sales reports to management and the accounts department.

🚚 Logistics & Delivery Coordination:
• Process customer orders received via phone and coordinate timely and accurate deliveries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and execute deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the delivery process to guarantee satisfaction.

🔄 Communication & Coordination:
• Serve as the central communication hub for daily updates between Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams regarding orders, dispatches, and payments.
• Manage and respond to official emails, forwarding them to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Coordinate with the Finance department for bill payments, cash approvals, and expense reporting.

🍷 Customer Service & Sales Support:
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to walk-in customers, offering expert advice on our products, particularly wines.
• Support in-store promotional activities and sales initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

✅ Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience (2 years) in store supervision, warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role. Experience in the wine & spirits or FMCG sector is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in maintaining both manual and digital records (e.g., MS Excel, inventory management software).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language, e.g., English and/or Nepali].
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
• High level of integrity and responsibility, especially in handling inventory and financial documentation.
• Must be able to work from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, [ 6 Days of the week].
